The Challenge of Project :

Despite being a relatively compact commercial space, the project required solving several technical and logistical challenges:

Multiple hair-wash stations, sinks, and washroom fixtures required extensive plumbing re-routing within a concrete slab and limited trenching allowance.

• HVAC balancing for high-moisture environment

Maintaining proper airflow and humidity control in wash areas and treatment rooms required complete re-balancing and re-ducting of the HVAC system.

• Electrical load management

Salon equipment (dryers, irons, washers, POS systems) demanded additional circuits, panel upgrades, and GFCI-protected locations.

• City inspections & fast timeline

Coordinating electrical, plumbing, and occupancy inspections under an aggressive business-opening deadline required strict scheduling and clean documentation.
